This experience has helped us streamline the process by offering up team leaders that deal directly with the asset manager.  This team leader is responsible for delegating and overseeing evictions, preservation, marketing, negotiations, and closing.  Fidelity First is divided into divisions that specialize in their area of expertise.  Since  1988 our business has expanded its services to include a full service BPO company providing over 1200 BPOs per year with an average turn around time of 24 hours or less.  Evictions offer 24 hours occupancy checks.  Preservations takes control of the trashout, clean up, repairs, winterization, and utilities.  Marketing is responsible for listing and MLS management.  Negotiations work directly with asset managers to procure contracts and advance to closing.  Closing officers complete the files to close and deliver the property to the new owners and close out the file for the lender.  Fidelity First has been providing land management services for government and private sector businesses needing acquisition services for road work, pipe line construction and etc for over 20 years.  The latest project undertaken by the company is its new real estate school.  Established in 2011, Professional Real Estate Training Academy will open its doors in March of 2012 offering real estate training for folks desiring to obtain their license for the first time or those just wishing to keep their license current.  With 27 years experience in the business we know what a full service business is and aim to please.
